Certified International Yogi with over 1000 hours of Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) experience. I’ve spent over 10 years assisting in YTTs and have accumulated extensive studio experience, both in-person and online.
I specialize in offering an integrated yoga practice that stays true to the spirit of the yogic tradition—both on and off the mat. My approach provides a truly unique yoga experience that goes beyond the physical.

I'm a self-taught artist inspired by spirituality, nature, music, and the simple beauty of life. Living in Buena Vista, Colorado, the Rocky Mountains fuel my creativity, along with my love for travel, diverse cultures, and new perspectives.
My work is colorful and mystical, telling stories of personal growth, nature’s magic, and our deep connection to the world around us. I also sew meditation cushions, combining unique fabrics to create comfortable and soulful seats for practice.
